Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to products purchased through special purchase options offered by MIROCOOL, such as pre-orders, subscriptions or other deferred or recurring purchase arrangements, where available.
It does not replace or limit any mandatory consumer rights under Slovenian or European Union consumer protection law.
1. Pre-Orders
Certain products may occasionally be available for pre-order before they are available for immediate dispatch.
Where a product is offered as a pre-order, this will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page before purchase.
Where reasonably possible, we will also provide an estimated availability or dispatch period.
2. Cancelling a Pre-Order
Unless otherwise stated for a specific product, you may request cancellation of a pre-order before the order has been dispatched by contacting us at:

If the pre-order has not yet been dispatched and cancellation is possible, we will cancel the order and refund the amount paid for the cancelled product.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation and return rights are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection legislation.
3. Changes to Estimated Availability
Estimated availability and dispatch dates for pre-order products are provided in good faith but may occasionally change due to production, transportation, customs, supplier or other circumstances.
If there is a significant change to the expected availability of a pre-ordered product, we will provide appropriate information to affected customers.
Where required by applicable law, customers will be given the option to cancel the affected order and receive a refund.
4. Subscriptions and Recurring Purchases
If MIROCOOL offers subscription or recurring-purchase services, the applicable price, billing frequency, delivery frequency, minimum commitment, cancellation conditions and other material terms will be clearly disclosed before the customer enters into the subscription.
Unless different conditions have been expressly agreed and are permitted by applicable law, customers will be able to request cancellation of future recurring orders in accordance with the conditions presented when subscribing.
Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed or dispatched.
Any applicable statutory withdrawal and consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Processing times after a refund has been issued may depend on your bank or payment provider.
6. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits mandatory rights available to consumers under Slovenian or European Union law.
Where a statutory right conflicts with a provision of this Policy, the applicable statutory consumer right will prevail.
