These Terms & Conditions govern the use of mirocool.com and purchases made through our online store.

By placing an order through our online store, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by the terms applicable to your purchase.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits mandatory rights granted to consumers under Slovenian or European Union law.
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to the sale of physical products through mirocool.com.
MIROCOOL may offer products including, but not limited to:

other physical consumer goods.
Certain products may be subject to additional product-specific information, warnings, instructions or restrictions displayed on the relevant product page.

3. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that descriptions, photographs, specifications, quantities and other information concerning our products are accurate and up to date.
However, minor differences may occur between product images displayed on a screen and the physical product, including differences caused by:

natural variation;

production batches;

supplier packaging changes.
For natural products, variations in colour, consistency, aroma, appearance or other natural characteristics may occur and do not necessarily constitute a lack of conformity.

4. Availability
Products are subject to availability.
Placing a product in your shopping cart does not reserve that product.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.
Where we are unable to fulfil an order, any amount already paid for the unavailable product will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
5. Prices
All prices displayed to consumers on mirocool.com are shown in euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated.
Where applicable, consumer prices include VAT at the legally applicable rate.
Delivery costs and any other applicable charges that are not included in the product price will be clearly presented before the customer completes the order.
The final amount payable will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply depending on the destination.
6. Price Changes and Promotions
We may change product prices from time to time.
Any price change will not affect an order for which a contract has already been concluded.
Promotional prices, discount codes and special offers may be subject to specific conditions and validity periods.
Where we advertise a price reduction, the reduction will be presented in accordance with applicable consumer pricing legislation.
Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may be subject to restrictions stated with the relevant promotion.
7. Placing an Order
To place an order, the customer selects the desired product(s), adds them to the shopping cart and proceeds through checkout.
Before submitting the order, the customer has an opportunity to review and correct the information entered, including:

8. Conclusion of the Contract

The purchase contract is concluded when MIROCOOL accepts the order and sends confirmation of the order in accordance with the applicable checkout process.
The confirmation will contain or provide access to relevant information concerning the purchase.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order before acceptance where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including:

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cannot accept, the relevant amount will be refunded.

MIROCOOL does not generally store complete payment card details where payment information is processed directly by an authorised payment provider.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Available shipping methods, destinations and applicable shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.
We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated periods provided.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed, goods will be delivered within the period required by applicable consumer protection legislation.

11. Transfer of Risk
For purchases made by consumers, the risk of loss of or damage to goods generally passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, physically receives the goods.
Where the consumer independently commissions a carrier that was not offered by MIROCOOL, different statutory rules concerning the transfer of risk may apply.
12. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions.
For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify us of the decision to withdraw before the applicable withdrawal period expires.

13. Return Costs Following Withdrawal
Where a consumer exercises the statutory right of withdrawal, the consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods where permitted by law and provided that the consumer was properly informed of this obligation.
MIROCOOL will refund eligible payments in accordance with applicable law and our Return & Refund Policy.
Where the customer selected a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by MIROCOOL, we are not required to reimburse the additional cost resulting from that choice.
14. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in circumstances excluded by applicable consumer protection legislation.
Depending on the particular product and circumstances, exceptions may include:

goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene where the seal has been removed after delivery;

15. Food, Manuka Honey and Food Supplements
Certain products sold by MIROCOOL are foods or food supplements.
Customers should carefully read all product information, ingredients, allergens, recommended use, warnings and storage instructions before consumption or use.
Food supplements are not intended to replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Customers should not exceed the recommended daily intake stated on the product.
Products must be stored and used in accordance with the instructions provided on the packaging or product page.

Information available on mirocool.com concerning nutrition, ingredients, traditional use, wellness or lifestyle is provided for general informational purposes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise and legally authorised, products offered by MIROCOOL are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
Information on our website is not intended as a substitute for individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
